This is nearly perfect for Business use: Missing just two features

The two things it’s missing is a CRM/Order Tracking tool and a builtin, user friendly method for full data backup.

“CRM /order tracking”? If you’re wanting automated emails to be sent related to specific customer events, you need CRM software. That’s not a function of an email server.

The Helm appliances does backups automatically and frequently. It doesn’t get much more user-friendly than 100% hands-off and automatic.

Is this a joke? Why would you want an email server to have a CRM?

It does nextcloud, which has minor CRM LIKE capabilities. Broader support for that would be useful.

I think maybe we are having different acronym meanings.

CRM = Customer/Constituent Relations Managment

i.e. Sales Force
