New Phone. No profile

So I just got a new phone. I restored from backup but guessing profiles don’t come through that (¯_(ツ)_/¯ ?) since I can’t find a helm profile.

I didn’t see a support doc around ‘new phones’. Is there something specific needed to reconnect the phone to the Helm (and it’s iOS app)?

I’m currently in a similar situation. My phone that was used for Helm suffered a fatal accident and now I’m stuck. Have you found a solution?

Any recommendations for this thread? I am trying to restore for a new helm but I keep getting an error because it is not the original admin device.
