Migration from V1 to V2

I’m an owner of the V1 and am considering upgrading to the V2. I’m wondering if there is an easy migration process or will I essentially be adding a second Helm, importing all the data, reconfiguring all the computers and phones? My biggest concern is getting a new external IP. I don’t want to have to go through the warmup / spam list cleanup process again.

Is there an easy way to do this?

We are looking into this and are thinking about having a process that will restore from a backup of your v1. I don’t yet have an answer for you on preserving the IP, but this is something we should be able to preserve.

That’s all good news! I hadn’t thought of simply restoring from the backup but that’s a fairly obvious solution.
