Feature: Remote Restart Feature

For some reason, my Helm has been sluggish for a day or so. Mail app slow to connect, sending/receiving seemed slow. Also, the Calendar was throwing errors. After restarting the Helm, the issues appear to have gone away.

Instead of holding the Helm’s power button down, I think it would be nice to be able to perform a restart using the Admin app.


I like your idea. If they can’t use the app to do this (not sure why they couldn’t). Maybe they will put something together to allow that to happen with proximity and/or IP login.

When troubleshooting an issues with mine several months ago I complained about not being able to restart from the app. Support said it was on the roadmap, but not sure when. I was disappointed it didn’t make it into the last update.
